Set in Bhurkīā, Bardia Eco Friendly Homestay provides accommodation with seating area. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Our stay at Bardia Eco Friendly Homestay was simply unforgettable! Shardul is an attentive and knowledgeable host, always making sure we had everything we needed and helping us enjoy the best of Bardia. His family is incredibly warm and welcoming, and we felt at home from the first moment. On safari, we were lucky to spot a tiger, rhino, and crocodile — a true once-in-a-lifetime experience! The food Sarita prepared was outstanding, honestly some of the best we had during our whole trip in Nepal. Everything was perfect — hospitality, comfort, food, and wildlife. Highly recommended!”

Wild Planet Eco Retreat has free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Bhurkīā. Among the various facilities are a bar and water sports facilities. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Baba, Prakash and Dave are exceptional guides and you will get for sure a warm welcome. They do fantastic safaris and you feel their passion for wildlife. Had a great time seeing a lot of wildlife! Couldn't have asked for more. 👌 Their place is small but cosy and you can relax under some trees when you have a rest day. Don't expect high luxury but this is not what you probably came for. If you want to have the best safaris, these are your guys to go with. I came back even after 7 years to see wildlife in Bardia NP with them. So, it will be for sure an experience to remember :D

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. A beautiful place! The garden is lovely and the rooms look great. We were in the jungle with the owner, Papu, for many days. He is a very skilled guide with excellent English, who doesn't only have a lot of knowledge of the animals and plants, but also cares about safety and the wellbeing of the animals we observed. We were very lucky to even see two tigers on different days with him. I really appreciated his knowledge of birds too. Very happy to have had you as our guide Papu!

This bed and breakfast features free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the river and garden. The owner is a very experienced safari guide. On the jungle walk and jeep safari he offers I was able to see wild rhinos, elephants and even a tiger. He is also very helpful (gave good recommendations, helped book the bus back to Kathmandu...). Food, especially fried rice with omelette for the jungle walks, is just amazing. Can only recommend.

Set in Bardia, Jungle Base Camp offers accommodation with seating area. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the river and garden. Hukum, the owner and guide, worked so hard to make sure I had a good time. His wife provides the meals, which were excellent and organic (many of the items are from his own garden). He helped me plan an itinerary for my time there. His prices were reasonable for the excursions. I saw a tiger and elephant in the wild as well as many other species of birds and animals. Although it's significantly more expensive than the other day trips, I would recommend the rafting. It was peaceful and a unique way to see Bardiya.

The accommodation will provide you with a patio and a seating area. There is also a dining table. Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with free toiletries. You can enjoy garden view from the room. Everything was brilliant, from the guided hikes to the help to sort bus travel and more. On the hikes my guide Mahendra went way above what any of the others did to try and spot wildlife but in a eco friendly way. The owner and his wife were very kind and treated me like part of the family. To visit here also take the bus from Kathmandu, it’s an adventure in itself.
