The guest house is located in the middle of the wonderful valley of Ait Bougemmez. The view from the terrace is amazing. The building is made out of traditional materials and is therefore naturally fresh inside (air conditioning really not needed at all). We stayed four days and could made amazing long hikes on our own thanks to the suggestions of the owner and his brother. Great breakfast and delicious dinner!!!

And also he took me to the Mt Tiglist was worthy experience.I am really greatful and thankful for the time to him. I liked this village a lot, people are friendly and peace and quiet in the natural. There are so many path to walk around and water was super beautiful. Also they have many farm around the river it was nice to see their life style it's simple but so beautiful, it was my dream life. I hope I will come back oneday :)

From the very beginning we felt like home. Exceptionally clean, delicious breakfast, breathtaking views from the terrace, no problem with the parking....Everything is perfect. I really recommend ☺️

Villa Mouloud, arougou khenifra is a recently renovated villa in Arrougou, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. This property offers access to a balcony, table tennis, free private parking and free WiFi. The villa offers mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. This is a peaceful, shady and quiet family compound, well worth the ten minute drive from Khenifra. When we arrived, the gate was opened for us immediately, and by the time we had our luggage from the car, a lovely lady had brought us a large tea tray with snacks. It was so pleasant and much cooler in the walnut tree shade than elsewhere we had been that day. Our large private double room had a lounge, coffee table and cupboard, and very unique local finishes. The ensuite is roomy and modern, with a great shower. They serve the best breakfast in Morrocco. Breads, porridge, eggs, spreads, tea, coffee, juice, everything fresh and tasty. The owner was very helpful and considerate through whatsapp and in person at all times, making our stay ideal

Dar Megdaz is situated in Megdaz and has a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring full-day security, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. We had such a great stay at Dar Megdaz. Mohamed went out of his way to take care of us. A story by way of example: two days before our stay, we found ourselves too tired to complete our hike to the hotel where we planned to stay the night before coming to Dar Megdaz. On a whim, I contacted Mohamed to see if he could arrange car transport. At the time, we had no idea what we were asking of him. It turned out that part of the road he had to travel was almost completely impassable by car--it was on a rocky creek bed and over steep, unpaved hills. We could not believe that Mohamed came, as he had said he would. He didn't even ask for payment but said guests were like family. And that's just how we felt every moment of our time at Dar Megdaz. Beyond the OUTSTANDING staff, Dar Megdaz is so lovely and comfortable. We appreciated the delicious and beautifully presented food, the serene covered outdoor patio overlooking the mountains, and the quiet, cool room--it was the heat of summer but our room in the basement stayed very cool. We also enjoyed Mohamed's tour of this picturesque Berber village. Cannot recommend this place more highly.
