The location was about 10 minutes from the blue gate.

This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

Easily the best place I have been in Fes . EVERYTHING was perfect. When I saw the room I was shocked it was so so beautiful and spacious . The hosts are really kind and the location is impeccable. Believe me don’t look any further this is the accommodation that you need. I have been to at least 5 others and this is WAY BETTER than any one of them. The building is beautiful in the best morrocan tradition, the rooms are big and beautiful and tastefully decorated. Great rooftop with amazing view. Special thanks to Josef who was amazing to us. The location is great right in the Medina close to the gate . Breakfast was very good too

The service was exceptional, as well as the breakfast and dinner are truly amazing. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully decorated and it has a great view of the city.
