The property has a great location that’s central to town but in a quiet street. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is clean as well. Rinas was so helpful while I was in a stressful situation with my shuttle never arriving. He found another ride for me last minute and saved the day. 10/10 would recommend!

You will truly relax here. The property is pretty much spotless and located just meters from the Indian Ocean, which means you can hear the waves ALL NIGHT. The staff is super attentive and thoughtful, from the caretakers to the bartenders to the management. I was also pleasantly surprised to find real Neapolitan pizza, a wide selection of Italian wines, and caffè corretto with Sambuca (!) – just when I started missing European flavors a bit ;) And if that wasn’t enough, the yoga classes first thing in the morning put you in a blissful mood. Would definitely come back <3

Wonderful property and host! Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

Well equipped kitchen and washing machine You can find all you need in this place. Location is great, 4 min walk to main street. Close enough to be in the city Centre. Far enough to not hear loud music at night. Haleem is very nice person, very kind, engaged and helpful host.

The Room & Amenities: The room was fantastic—very spacious,spotlessly clean, and designed with comfort in mind. Overall Experience: I can't fault this place.For the comfort, space, and serene atmosphere, it offers incredible value. I would gladly give it a perfect 10 out of 10 for the room and overall experience. It’s a gem that provides a quiet, convenient, and comfortable base for your Arugam Bay adventures. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!
