The rooms are massive by Japanese standards, it’s 2 minutes from the beach but still quiet and the facilities including private class are much higher quality than the cost of the stay would make you think. We had the tasting menu two nights in a row from the hotel restaurant and it was unbelievably reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The second night the chef asked if we’d like anything different and also made a bespoke cake for my birthday with a birthday message written in chocolate sauce. Wee details like this are amazing! Staff are incredibly friendly. It’s a small, high class boutique hotel with an incredibly small fee for what you get. Go here.

Relatively easy to get to by metro from Hanada (about 40 minutes, with one change). Immaculate cleanliness, service and views. The deluxe room was the largest I have ever had in Japan; more than adequate size for a business traveller with well-equipped, modern kitchen, separate living area and top of the range shower/bathroom.

It was very clean. Staff did remarkable job spending a lot of time cleaning every day. Had good quality hairdryers, cute toaster oven, free roasted coffee. - not instant, hot showers and laundry machine only ¥100.

A short walk to all the fun of ginza shopping and food. We’ll be back !
