The rooms were clean and with a powerful, hot shower. Any issues and requests were quickly resolved. The jeep tours were amazing, we were taken to some breathtaking places, including a sunset tour - enjoying hot Arabic tea, sitting in the middle of the beautiful Wadi Rum. I'm so glad we booked our camel rides through the camp, the camels we had were much healthier and cleaner than some other places we had seen during the trip. I can tell these animals are being well looked after. After a busy fun day, we had a delicious dinner in a lovely environment with the staff and other guests.

They host excursions and serve a delicious diner. The team really tries to make you feel welcome and makes sure you have everything you need.

The property was nice and had some great common area spaces. It was easy to get to and good extras were offered.

We went to see the sun set behind the rocks, and in the middle of the night gathered together to see the stars against the backdrop of nothingness. It was the perfect moment to shut daily life out, and feel alive.

The luxury tent features family rooms. I really loved the genuity of the place, truly local food and clean though simple lodgings. Compared to the other camps, the location of the camp in the desert is further from the village, so if you want to get the feeling of remoteness, go for it. I had never experienced such piece and quiet in my life as I did there. Mahmoud - the guide - is an experienced nice guy with plenty of knowledge of the local customs and is sensitive to visitors´ needs. While touring through the desert, he made us a delicious lunch and answered anything we asked about the Jordan culture or family traditions.

At the resort, the rooms have a balcony with a mountain view. All rooms have a safety deposit box. Everything about this trip was 12 out of 10. There are many options out there for Wadi Rum and after spending too many hours researching I decided to just book something because my head was spinning. I am completely sure that I made the right decision. I had such a wonderful time here, the staff, the tours, the accommodations were all with top comfort and experience, personal and authentic. The jeep tour was the highlight of the trip for me!
