She really showed that she cared about us and what we needed from our relaxing morning. highly recommend booking a treatment as well when you stay at this hotel! the hotel is located about a 3 min walk from the Navagero actv stop too so even though it’s not on Venice mainland, it’s so easy to get there in about 20 mins!

Was offered free breakfast due to an issue (my mistake) with my reservation and was also given a bottle of Prosecco. Couldn’t have been any better! Very central and close to main attractions and San Marco ferry stop. Sumptuous breakfast with plenty of choice for all tastes
