It is such a beautiful Italian-style hotel. It lies in the hills just outside of Montepulciano. You can get to the centre by car, and still enjoy the quiet surrounding of the hotel. The swimming pool is so relaxing, especially combined with the Nottal Wine. This is Tuscany!

Anna, the hostess, was very kind, helpfull and (very) patient. She recommended excellent places for food or breakfast/coffee in the town. The room was excellent, in the center of the town, at the highest point. There were restaurants, coffee shops all around, as well as the central piazza. We managed to park our motorbike in the alley right beneath our room window, not actually permited, but since it was just for one night. Montepulciano is very beautiful, combined with Anna's apartment, made our stay worthwhile!

Gabrielle, a seasoned michelin star chef and his wife Aliona opened this hotel in 2023. It was a monastery back in 1800 and they renovated mostly by themselves and their 2 sons. Every corner of the hotel has a personal touch, showing their passion and utmost care to a place they now call home. We truly felt their warmth and hospitality. They showed the process of the renovation for 9 full months. It has been an amazing experience in Tuscany and i fell in love with Italy because of their cities and hospitalities. Hope you could visit and stay at this place when you are visiting Tuscany. They have a set menu lunch and dinner at 45 and 65 eur / person, but we have not got a chance to try because they have a full day wedding the next day, so it is not serving lunch and dinner. I spend few weeks in North and Central Italy and this apartment was the best for me (comparing similar or bigger prices). It is located in old city, but in quiet area. It is after renovation. Very nice design. It was new but still with old soul (especially ceilings). It was well equipped - coffee machine and some sweet Italian breakfast kit. Very comfortable bed. Nice and friendly host with good contact.

The property is well located and has fabulous views over Tuscany countryside. It is clean, comfortable, has plenty of room and the appliances you need. Good communication from the host who also left a bottle of wine which was appreciated so set up for a great time in Tuscany.
