Excellent location - really central but on a quiet street, comfortable bed with lots of pillows and really clean and cool room. Alessandro was really helpful in ensuring I got in safely etc and kept my luggage safe while I explored the next day. Will definitely be back! Breakfast was at a small cafe nearby and was delicious - I chose a cappuccino and pistachio croissant.

The owners are wonderful and very sweet. They speak limited English but enough to understand what they needed from us for check in. Great location if visiting Saturnia spa, club and the free natural springs. Comfortable bed and extra linens for extra comfort. Very calm and quiet area. Beautiful view of the rolling Tuscan hills. Great breakfast with coffee made for you individually. Highly recommend. Also, their dog, Kikka, was a huge plus because we always miss our dog when we travel. She was friendly and always wanted pets. So cute.

the team was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very charming, our room was very beautiful (and absolutely clean, of course), we even got a free upgrade, very comfortable bed and great walking distance to the station, city centre and main sights. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing!!! Alessio was amazing as a conract. Hospitality with a smile. Apartment was beyond expectations: clean, complete with necessities, heavenly shower, nice patio to chill in or out of the sun... Nothing was bad or less. Conad supermarket 10min ride away. Restaurant Grand Prix is authentiek italian 5min ride away. Tratorria di vialla is a must visit place for getting genuine italian olive oils or wines. Toscany is beautiful, lovely people and great roadtrip destination We will come back ASAP...
