The staff were incredible. The Flix bus drops you at the Bolzano Sud station which is no where near the main station and there were no taxis around in the early evening. I could have taken the train to the next station, but was unfamiliar with the metro system so when I called the hotel, they called me a taxi. That was just the beginnng of a great experience that included allowing me a late check out with no charge due to a rainy day departure. Breakfast was really good, the building is so interesting architecturally and very well decorated, and the location is great.

I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience. The breakfast here is absolutely delicious, and what sets it apart is the unique free à la carte menu, which I haven't seen offered at any other hotel before. The location is excellent - it's very central yet surprisingly quiet, with the city center just a short walk away. The added bonus of a free parking garage is a big plus. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the front desk team is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist you.
