Alessandro was amazing with providing directions and assistance as needed. Especially with assistance getting from airport and to train station etc.

The room is situated in perfect location, few meters from via Toledo and metro. It was very clean and cosy and Vincenzo was particulary attentive and helpful with suggestions for any kind of question we had regarding excursions. Would reccomend absolutely!

Amazing views and a short walk to a quiet local town that isn't too touristy. Staff were a brilliant help at all times and facilities were fantastic. Would stay here again.
