Free WiFi access is available in this resort. GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels far exceeded my expectations, especially after having stayed at other hotels in Yercaud. Sure, it's a bit pricey but it's money well spent for a delightful experience. The staff were amazing and attentive, responding immediately to any feedback, including my comment that the jacuzzi wasn't working (turned out I hadn't turned on the right switch). The room was modern, well-furnished, and comfortable, and had an amazing view. The bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep, and breakfast was satisfying. I was also impressed with the strong Wi-fi network, which was pretty bad during my stays at other Yercaud hotels. I had avoided the hotel in the past because I thought the hotel was too far away from the main town but I was wrong. A brisk walk will get you there in 15-20 minutes. I also liked the little Sky Walk near the restaurant--it's interesting to look down when you're standing on the clear glass parts of the walkway. Overall, a wonderful property with charming staff.

Leading hospitals like MIOT, Apollo, Rainbow Children’s hospital and Global Hospitals are within 7 km range of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast from Park Brasserie Cafe was good. The pre-made menu was a delight; we had the rice bowl, avocado toast and eggs. All food items were delicious, and the scenery of water lilies was beautiful. Jana from housekeeping responded to our request and made our rooms lovely by making an origami elephant with towels and keeping fresh flowers in our room, which was a nice addition. The housekeeping replaced our poor quality toothbrushes with a better quality toothbrush; still, even that one was of mediocre quality. Please provide better toothbrushes to your guests.
