Lovely, nicely decorated rooms, some with direct entrance to the pool. The food was delicious ( although more vegan options would be a bonus), tasty drinks and very friendly staff. Planning to return in October.

The hosts were excellent and incredibly personal, the villa itself was nicely furnished and very clean. The location of the hotel was also good, walking distance from everything important nearby. In general a truly excellent stay, though perhaps two keys next time 😉

Pillbox Seafront Studios and Apartments is set on the seafront in Kardamaina, 1.2 km from Kardamena Beach and 4.3 km from Antimachia Castle. The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 6.8 km from Mill of Antimachia. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. The view from the patio is unreal, a little slice of heaven. We were a little early in the season so there were some works still ongoing in the vicinity but it was still a great experience to wake up every morning to the beautiful sea views. Emmanuel our host could not have been more accommodating to us, I made an error on our booking but he ensured it did not have any impact on our stay and he was more than obliging to any extra requests we made. A superb host. The apartment was modern, clean, a short walk to bars/restaurants/shops and had all the facilities we required for our stay.

Good, helpful hosts. Only a short stay but it was everything we asked for.

We loved everything about this stay! We spent a week here at the end of July and it was simply perfect. The house has every comfort you could need, it’s very clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s also a huge patio outside, which was amazing. The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Close enough to town, but a fantastic calm location set inside a beautiful garden estate. Clean, fantastically fresh with the AC. Every amenity taken care of. Sun loungers to bench swings. Cooking appliances and fridge freezer were perfect.
