The property was super clean and well designed. We loved our terrasse with olive trees. We could see the sunrise and in the evening lie on the shezlong and watch stars. Another amazing thing is a restaurant at the property. Great and fresh food, amazing stuff and wonderful atmosphere. A recommendation: get up earlier and go to the beach before a bus with the turists will come ☺️

It offers 2 restaurants, 2 tennis courts and a kids’ club. Staff was really helpful and nice. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The facilities were family friendly and lots of fun. It was a great visit for us and we would totally come back again!

It is a little gem and undoubtedly a luxury hotel with a unique style and a lot of attention to detail. I have to admit that it is the most gorgeous place we have stayed at so far and would love to go back. The building itself, the main entrance and the interior space are spectacular! The place is very comfortable, warm, inviting and impressive with its high ceilings, history and exclusive interior design including all the small details of high quality which make it obvious that the owners do care about their clients. The location is excellent, right at the heart of the old city and the old harbor and only a few minutes walk from the new town. Ms. Natasha whom we were in contact with is a lovely lady, highly professional, extremely helpful and very responsive. The check-in went smoothly even though we booked last minute, one hour before arriving at the hotel. We highly recommend it.

It’s not often that the real place looks even better than in the photos. Everything was great. There are some challenges with car access, but it’s definitely one of those memorable experiences — in a good way. The sound of the church bells on Sunday morning takes you into a different reality. When we arrived at Kassandra Garden Residence, we planned to stay for just a few days — but ended up staying 10 wonderful days! The village of Kalo Chorio is perfectly located, close to many of Crete’s main attractions, and this place turned out to be one of our absolute favorites. Our host, Veronika, is an artist, and you can feel her creative touch everywhere — from the cozy interior design to the lush garden filled with herbs and fragrant lavender. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to several beaches, including Voulisma Beach, famous for its golden sand and crystal-clear waters — the best snorkeling we had in Crete! There are also several great restaurants nearby, but the apartment’s well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. Each apartment has a spacious balcony with a sea view, perfect for relaxing in the evening. There’s also a large swimming pool with panoramic views, a barbecue area, and plenty of space to unwind. We especially appreciated the convenience of on-site parking and access to a washing machine for a small fee. One of the things we loved most was the laid-back atmosphere — there’s no daily housekeeping, so you really feel like it’s your own home. Veronika is a wonderful host — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable and happy. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic, and non-inclusive place to stay — something that lets you experience the real Crete — Kassandra Garden Residence is the perfect choice. We travel often, and this was one of the most delightful stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
