Located just 150 metres from the medieval centre of Sarlat and housed in a beautiful building, the Hotel Montaigne offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff; as I had an issue with my rental car company they provided all the help they could. Highly recommended!

Château iz 19. stoljeća smješten je pored rijeke Dordogne, 3 km od Saint-Emiliona. Ima vanjski bazen, spa centar i zvučno izolirani smještaj s besplatnim WiFi-jem. The location close to St Emilion, the ambience, the setting, the beautiful building, the out door dining, swimming pool,in fact everything. Lovely Chateau experience. Probably the best we've ever had in France and we've travelled alot throughout France over the years. Even the parking was so easy and so close. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff.

Completely renovated, the hotel consists of three village houses, 35 rooms spread over 3 floors, and plateaus in the heart of the most shopping district of Biarritz, Les Halles, is a lively and green... Location, balcony and the view. Nice hotel building a with a bar/restaurant in front. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

The attention to detail by the friendly and helpful owner. The room and bed were super comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was the best i have had at any hotel. Artisan yogurt, granola, cheeses and breads. Meat, crreals, honey, jam, fresh fruit, brioche cake, croissants and eggs cooked to order!

The bed was so nice and the flat is incredible with lights coming in, when we woke up we had an amazing view from the bosque.

New budget hotel. You really can’t complain — it does exactly what it needs to do. Convenient, clean, comfortable bed, tasty and generous breakfast, very nice staff. We had a large room, although the window could have been bigger. But considering the price, everything was just perfect!

I arrived in Biscarrosse by bike, completely exhausted after a long ride — later than expected, but Romy, the wonderful host, waited for me with such care and warmth. That first welcome already set the tone. I was so tired I decided to stay one more night, and Romy made it all super easy and stress-free. Honestly, it was the best price I could find within 150 km! The place itself felt like a home. Two of the sweetest dogs live there — gentle, friendly, and full of love. In the evening, Romy even offered me a cup of tea, which was exactly what I needed after the road. The next morning, I had to figure out how to send my bike back to Czechia — a challenge I didn’t quite know how to solve. Romy came to the rescue again: she offered to drive me to the post office with my bike in her car. That little trip turned into a mini adventure of its own — full of laughter and good vibes. Later that day, we ended up going out to a bar to hear a DJ friend of theirs play — the perfect, unexpected ending to a beautiful day. Romy, thank you again — and thank you to the whole team — for your kindness, generosity, and care. You made my stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. You are amazing.
