The staff at the reception were kind and helful. The hotel was clean and also the breakfast was good, it even had passionfruit as an option. The breakfast included tasty smoothies and traditional pastry. There was a small garden. The weather was cold so we couldn't sit there but it would be a wonderful place to have drinks in the spring. The bar was so crowded and lively at night which we didn't expect. So we didn't tried the cocktails but I would deffinetly try next time.

Staff excellant...location excellant...highly recommend. Loved everything.

Château de Pourtalès is located in the north area of Strasbourg. It has witnessed years of European history, welcoming some of the most important musicians, philosophers and poets. It provides a spa area with Finnish sauna and relaxing facilities and which has direct access to the garden. Exquisite interior, spacious and comfortable room. I enjoyed the bath too. The hotel is inside a beautiful park so we were surrounded by nature. Free parking which didn’t require reservations.

Staff - Miss Mangot (?) are very nice and helpful. And other day - one lady staff who can speak Mandarin are also very helpful on my taxi booking. Anyway, only all thrumps up.

The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast fully met our expectations. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location is perfect for exploring the charming village and the region. Highly recommended!

Strasbourg Cathedral is 550 metres from Cour Du Corbeau hotel, and Place Kléber is a 10-minute walk away. The Alsatian Museum is 100 metres from the property and Porte de l’Hopital tram stop is just 350 metres away. Excellent and warm service from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. We could not find our way to the hotel (the hotel did send us very specific instructions before hand) but we didn’t take note of it - really our fault not the hotel. They were very helpful in resolving the issue and had no problem the following day. I would like to thank Sebastián for all his assistance as well as for the other front desk staff. Great restaurant recommendations too. 😃 We highly recommend this hotel!
