We came with a cat and they provided everything you can imagine to welcome us and our furry friend. This was a great experience!

It is located on a 20th century listed building beautifully decorated with a belle-époque design. The amability and kindness of the staff is remarcable. The hotel is in the perfect zone of you don’t want to be in the turist masses. Great accessibility. Really it’s the place you should stay!

We had never heard of the B&B chain as we don’t have it in New Zealand so we weren’t sure what to expect, but we loved the central location (so close to the bustling Puerta del Sol, yet felt safe and secure). Our room was spacious, clean and had an awesome rain shower. We loved the daily breakfasts and the cafeteria was such a great addition to the hotel. We loved having our breakfast there, enjoying the fresh fruit and coffee machine. We wished we had booked more B&B Hotels for the rest of our travels in Europe.
