I've spent around 60 days in tartu - this was by far the best spot. Bed was fantastic - slept like a baby. Clean, organized, well lit, had all the bells and whistles and then some. Tbh, after my first night the first thing that crossed my mind was : "Would they be willing to lease me this place for the 6months?" I'm spoiled and hard to please - place was that good.
