It features a modern fitness centre and free WiFi throughout the hotel. The reception was excellent given our very late arrival. This standard continued. We had a very pleasant room of good size with a view.

Situated within 3.7 km of Saint Francis Church and 4.3 km of Malecon 2000, Suite Luxury en Puerto Santana features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Guayaquil. The property has lake and pool views, and is 600 metres from Santa Ana Park. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. I stayed at Bellini 3-4 for a week and really enjoyed the place. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Very new and clean apartment. Close both to the airport and the main mall (5 min drive to the airport and 3 min walk to the mall). Great value for money, if you have a night and need close accommodation to the airport. Very responsive host.

The owners were very friendly and caring, They tracked our taxi from airport and walked us to the shopping centre to show us the best and safest way.. Breakfast was also very good

I wish I could give this place an 11! It wasn't so much about the hotel itself (which was great) but the staff. I came in feeling unwell and without me asking them to I was brought a tea to my room. When I told them I'd figured out that it was an infection making me sick they came with creams and medicines for me to use. The sweetest staff ever! 💗

The hotel has a convenient location, across the street from "Mall del Sol", 10 minute drive from the airport, 15 minutes to the City Center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel facilities are excelent. Took breakfast and lunch at the hotel, and both were very good. The hotel offers private meeting rooms, that can be reserved (one hour for free if you are staying at the hotel), which were very convenient during our business trip
