This hotel was a 10+ for the location, staff and ambiance. Illiana was so helpful and sweet. She was so welcoming and kind to us and gave us info and a map, checked up with us and was the best! We checked in on 21/8 for 2 nights. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs. Beds were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean. The views - unbelievable. We booked this last minute and weren’t very prepared for the mountains - she even offered her own clothes when we said we wanted to go hiking 🥹 Another gentleman brought us delicious prosciutto and melon to start our dinner the 2nd night. This stay was a 100/10 and we already want to return - better prepared ;-) Thank you for everything.
