Smart TVs in every room, and big enough to actually see. Extra toys and a PS3 in the living room. Such a great property with an incredibally friendly owner!

The hotel is located in the centre of Geneva, a 10-minute walk from the train station and just beside the Mont Blanc Bus Stop. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

Even the breakfast buffet team paid close attention to my preferences, making each morning feel personally tailored. It truly felt as though my comfort was their highest priority. I don’t usually gravitate toward anything with a classic or antique style, often finding the drapery and detailing a bit overwhelming. But this hotel proved me completely wrong. From the polished dark wood to the impeccably maintained linen, every element was tastefully curated and beautifully executed. Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

The UN headquarters, the financial district and the Rue du Rhone can be reached in a short walk. An exceptional property in every sense. Stunning location, classically English interiors & extremely clean but it was the service (from every member of staff) that was truly outstanding; friendly professional service that was subtle yet ever present.
