Spacious chalets and suites offer comfortable living areas that feature a fireplace. Full kitchens and kitchenettes are provided. Each suite boasts wood panelling and a log cabin design. It was the log cabin of our dreams (while we stayed in a suite, it still had the log cabin feels and accents). The setting steals the show, with fresh mountain air, soft fluffy snow and absolute tranquility. A lot of care and attention was brought to the place, from fragrant soaps from Rocky Mountain Soap to a handwritten diary and a nice jacuzzi to unwind in. The solid wood furniture and vintage style lighting, alongside a fireplace made it incredible. We were here for our honeymoon and it certainly did not disappoint!

It offers skiing, a full-service spa and hair salon, and 8 on-site dining options. We had a wonderful time staying at Fairmont Château Lake Louise. The view from our room window was simply stunning. Although the room rate was on the higher side during peak season, the window view is most unforgettable. It was snowing during our stay and we’d love to come back for a summer view! The Le Labo toiletries provided also made our day. Nice! The front desk and Fairview restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. We felt very welcome.

The hotel was cozy, comfortable and clean in a peaceful place with Beautiful scenery.

The style and decor was beautiful, the beds were so comfy, the hot pools, sauna and fires were so delightful to enjoy and relax. The bar had a great variety of beverages and the food menu looked incredible. Easy parking. They also provide transit tickets to get downtown Banff. Quiet, relaxing and 10/10 would recommend.

I had an early morning appointment at Cloudbreak so decided to stay the night at the new Alt Hotel since I've had good experiences at several of their other properties. This location is the best among all of them! Simple easy check in, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, fantastic location in University District with ample dining options, just a great experience.

The property is 1.1 km from Calgary Tower, and within 500 metres of the city centre. I loved the beautiful detail they put into the rooms. Absolutely stunning. This hotel is definitely a gem. The bed was very comfortable as well. I also like how they put automatic under mount lighting on the night stands and bathroom vanity. Very convenient for when you have to use the washroom in the middle of the night. The comfort level and cleanliness were spot on as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen who checked us in was the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating front desk clerk I’ve ever come across. This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.

Starting from the clear instructions from Berry before arrival and ending with all the little details in the appartement; we felt like at home. Great breakfast.

I absolutely loved this hotel so much, we stayed here 4 times when we came to Calgary and it never ceased to impress me. This hotel deserves to be in the top list for hotels to stay. Well done Hilton. Also they are dog friendly and very very accommodating to families with little kids and weddings/ celebrations. Rooms are huge, clean and smell so refreshing. The beds are so big and comfortable. The windows are my favorite. You can see all from the inside out, but none from the outside in because of the film they have over the windows. The shower and bathroom is equipped with everything you need. My favorite was the location. Having a dog on the trip and staying here made things sooooo easy. It is right next to the river and tons of parks and coffee shops and restaurants. Our morning, afternoon and evening walks never disappointed us. Awesome experience. I was sad to leave.
