Located on the beachfront in Praia de Araçatiba and featuring a garden, Pousada Sobre A Rocha has free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel has a beautiful surrounding and view from the terrace to the sea, the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent and the location of the hotel is perfect - just a few steps away from the beach, besides the jungle and next to hiking paths. We stayed a few days and it was pure relaxation. We’ll come back :)

Facing the seafront, Casa da Ilha & SPA offers 4-star accommodation in Abraão and has pool with a view, garden and terrace. This was an exceptional stay! The location was amazing, super close to Abraao by walking to the beach, but also far from the party noises at night. The property itself was beautiful with sea views everywhere. Breakfast was excellent too! It was easy to book transfers and tours through the hotel. Best thing about the location was the boat tours picked us up right at the hotel’s private dock, so we didn’t have to wait in line at the pier with the crowd. We also used their kayak (complimentary) twice and were happy with this amenity. We arrived late the first night and ordered burgers with the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Rental snorkel gear and minibar items were super reasonable prices, they don’t up charge you for your convenience! Staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Ilha Grande!

Offering a garden and river view, Casa Araribá - Ilha Grande - Vila do Abraão is set in Abraão, 700 metres from Abraao Beach and 600 metres from Sain't Sebastian Church. Idyllic is the word to use for Casa Arariba. It's set back a little further than the beach pousadas and it feels like it's right in the forest. That alone without mentioning the brazilian wildlife, super friendly cats, chickens popping in to say hi, dogs wandering past makes the place feel super close to nature. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, nice and cool, has a great shower and a super comfy bed..The owners also are really nice and you can see how much they care about their place and the nature around it.

Located on Ilha Grande, Abraãozinho Beach, Bonito Paraiso has two houses with a total o 9 rooms. Beautiful location, helpful staff, great breakfast, a really nice time was had.

Located on Praia Pequena da Freguesia de Santana beach, this guest house is surrounded by rich Atlantic Forest. It offers a rustic-style restaurant and bar, outdoor pool and hot tub. This place is a true paradise. It's a little off the beaten path - coming from Rio, it was a 3 hour car ride followed by a 30 minute boat - but once you get there, it has absolutely everything you need. The hotel provides tons of beach toys and activities, along with chairs and towels. They also have a great restaurant and bar, which includes a great breakfast every morning. And the staff could not be nicer!

This place is perfectly situated between a main beach and a smaller quiet one. The house is elevated offering incredible views, be sure to wait up to watch sunrise, it's phenomenal. Breakfast was great too, but most of all, hosts Vitor and Maria were exceptional, excellent communication throughout stay, and just lovely, down to earth people that want to look after their guests.

Boasting a private beach area and views of sea, Glamping Sitio das Tartarugas is a recently renovated luxury tent situated in Praia da Longa, 700 metres from Longa Beach. This place is amazing. Absolute gem. The location is completely isolated in the best possible ways. Only a few glamping tents right on the coast in a jungle. The food was unbelievable and far more sophisticated than you would expect for a place like this. Incredibly fresh fish, delicious breakfasts, even risotto served in a pineapple. The owner is incredibly friendly and went out of her way to accommodate our every need. And if you want a beach, it's only a 10-minute walk to a great beach in a tiny seaside village, and there is a great beachside restaurant there as well. We spent hours just swinging in the hammocks, watching each night's incredible sunset. Surprisingly few mosquitoes as well. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
