The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. They don't speak English but put a lot of effort into communicating with their guests. Norik even drove us to the nearby monastery in the morning. We can not recommend this place enough. Also the bed was really comfortable and the house really clean and organized!

This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!
