it wasn't unexpected, but upon check in we were charged an extra $23 for our dog. The website said "pet friendly," but did not mention the pet fee. Room was very clean, beds and pillows comfortable, bathroom clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good, but not special.

The location was perfect since it was right off of I 95. The staff were very helpful and considerate, answering all our questions. The beds were surprising comfortable and the shower was great! The pet friendly atmosphere was nice
