The staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind. He saw our family struggling with our bags and offered to give us a downstairs room with parking lot access which was much appreciated.

    Dirty manger!! After a round of tornados went throw our area /power loss / even though they had no ways of communicating/ power lines down/ they refused to give me a refund for a service they couldn’t even provide. Completely took advantage of an unfortunate event . The worst of people run that place . Sad
