When I arrived I was greeted and checked in right away. When I checked out a few hours later, needed sleep after driving 15 hours and a hot shower. Needed to be on the road by 10 and check out was at 11 so I didn’t feel rushed. Check out was easy and was greeted when I left. The shower was amazing.

Charles was also super prompt in responding to any queries. I also truly appreciate the complimentary bowl of Hershey kisses and chocolate crunches, many thanks! Easy to find and close enough to New Haven to make it good seeing the sights and Yale. The first room we were offered was dark and had a narrow high up window which you could not see out of. We were offered an alternative immediately and without fuss. The room was old fashioned but was clean and comfortable with a small balcony.
