Surprisingly nice place given the place it is located. Modern and good breakfast. Nice pool area too.

I had no idea what to expect; Brownfield looked like a wide spot in the road on the map. I was happy to find this was a thoroughly competent operation that offered a good night's sleep.

Management is incredibly nice and helpful, very committed to their guests comfort. They are also dog friendly for a minimal upcharge, which was a big deal for me.

The friendly welcome and chat, ground floor single story room, 303, no ceiling dancers. Nice quiet location, several food locations nearby. Also the onward journey to Dallas was vastly more enjoyable driving via 380 east than i40 had been for previous parts of our journey. We stopped in Post, Rule, and Graham, these towns and Brownfield felt more like being in small town America that we had been passing bye on the interstate.

The owner was extremely welcoming and accommodating even though we had to check in very late. Excellent customer service! They are a pet friendly inn which was important to us since we were traveling with our dog. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was recently renovated so the flooring, countertops and shower were new. It included a separate kitchen area with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator, which we were not expecting and was very nice.

Owner was exceptionally friendly! Room spacious, clean. Everything needed was there plus some - Great space for traveling with pets as easy water access and plenty of space in the room.

Great price. Easy to find location. Good spot for a quick weekend stay.

The owners were very nice and accommodating. The room was newly renovated and I felt safe. They are pet friendly which was a bonus!
