A wonderful old building modernised sympathetically and set on the waters edge. The food was wonderful, the room spotless with dog bowls provided for our pet. The staff were both very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

We liked the location and the nice view from the room over the water to the church. Room was big with comfortable beds. Kind and professional staff and very tasty breakfast. We parked in the Parking House Gallerian (hotel parking was full), which is three minutes walking from the hotel.

We arrived to the hotel late and had to leave early the next morning to get to the airport. Seemed like a great place and wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the area. Staff were very friendly.

Its like a mental hospital! Long coridors. Red buttons to show you need help. Wall behind curtains. It was awesome!!

We went for a wedding and the staff were so friendly and helpful. they made our stay very comfortable. The place is very simple nothing fancy but very clean.

Excellent hotel originally built around late 1890's - quaint, yet modern and comfortable. Across the road from Eskilstuna Station and a short walk to the main shopping area Excellent room, comfortable, warm (snowing outside), small yet functional Very helpful staff, chatty and informative, welcoming Solid Swedish style breakfast, hot & cold Evening dinner, one course + served .. very tasty !
