My room was spotless and organised with a balcony view that made Kigali’s skyline sparkle at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. One even helped me plan a day trip to the city (Mr. Hirwa) The location is central, making it easy to explore Kigali. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city! Great hotel/residence in Kigali in a walking distance to the International Convention Centre and the Kigali Heights. Perfect location. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and immediately facilitating any request I had. They provided free airport pickup and drop off. Additionally, in an occasion they offered free ride to the shopping area. The room was quite comfortable, king bed. very clean and the bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The cable TV in the room has hundreds of programs, which allowed me in a free time to watch the Olympic games. The breakfast was delicious and they also additionally provided type of food I like. Great value for the money.
