The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much to ask of them. The rooms had everything you could need, including a hairdryer and TV.

Loved this hotel stayed in same hotel in Cusco, fabulous breakfast, staff really helped and lovely rooms. Location great. Train track just outside which some people might not like but I didn’t mind.

Great stay at Gringo Bill’s Boutique Hotel! The room was comfortable and the location perfect for visiting Machu Picchu. Breakfast was served early to match our tour time, which we really appreciated. Friendly staff and smooth experience overall!

- HOT WATER 24/7 YES LORD! - staff 10/10, even with the language barrier - this can be, depending on taste, a good thing or a bad thing: IT'S FAR AWAY FROM THE TRAIN STATION (and bus station). So it's not that noisy (for me it was a good thing). And yes i know that you probably read (or will read) other reviews that they say it's noisy -> but imagine how noisy it must be for the hotels right next to the train station!! ALSO, i think this is very subjective because some people might need complete silence to be able to fall asleep...im sorry for them...

❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥Wooow!!! everything they organized for us on site was stunning, there was no end to the delights! Live cooking, which was the best ceviche I have ever eaten, in addition, a guided trip to the jungle and to the waterfall, and at night, a bonfire by the river!! With star watching!! the next morning, thermal pools and another trip to a viewpoint! They also prepared a special demonstration of coffee and cocoa beans for us, with the preparation process from the bushes to grinding and tasting of freshly ground coffee and cocoa. Me and my friends were delighted, we extended our stay and we will definitely come back!!! That is my favorite place in Peru 🇵🇪❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

We stayed after the Salkantay trek and it was great value for money. The shower was just perfect, very hot and fantastic pressure. Beds were also comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful

Awesome staff, of great help and friendly vibe. Perfect room, clean and cozy, nice shower. There’s a common space with a kitchen. It is super close to the city centre and the bus station/ticket office. They offer breakfast from 4am but we didn’t have it so can’t comment on it

The staff were incredible. The owner is amazing, kind and so welcoming. She picked us up from the train station & took us straight to the ministry to get tickets to Machu Picchu. She also prepared us breakfast every morning. The hotels location is right on the river & pretty central in the town! A very comfortable stay for 3 nights!
