A hundred thank you Moti and Maya for our stay with you. We ended up spending 9 days with Moti, because we did a trekking with him, and slept in the hotel for 5 nights. We could have stayed even longer if there weren't more fun things to do in Nepal.... What people of gold you are, so helpful, sweet and humble. Thanks for all the horribly delicious food (daal-bat!), the nice, spacious room, all the help and service and the amazing trekking we got to do together. You guys are the very best hosts ever. If you go to Pokhara, sleep here, in Sarangkot. A little higher, much quieter and with beautiful mountain views. 100% worth a visit! Maya and Moti help you with everything and make sure you lack nothing. It is quiet, beautiful, clean and it feels like coming home. Thank you very much ❤️

Beautiful location with a view! On top of the hill so away from the noise. Rooms are basic, shared toilet. The host is an amazing human being. Very helpful and made me feel safe. Thank you for everything!!!

I only stayed for 2 nights, but it was amazing! From the minute I entered the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Especially receptionist Shruti who was really great and so helpful! The night shift personnel was also very nice and informed me a lot about the different activities in the city I could do the next day. Breakfast was incredible and so tasty! Fresh veggies & fruits, fried eggs, freshly brewed coffee and of course the famous waffles were 10/10 (just like everyone said). My room was very spacious and cozy. A/C was working really well and I could adjust the temperature to my preferences. I also had enough hot water for a long relaxed shower, which was reallyyy nice <333 Bonus point for being so eco and environment friendly. Overall amazing experience! I totally recommend Hotel Karuna if you're in Pokhara!!! I will definitely be back!

Staying at Amigo Studio Inn was a perfect experience. This new studio is cozy, clean, and has everything a traveler needs. It's within walking distance of the lake & hiking mountain and surrounded by all essentials—shops, restaurants, Medical store, even a swimming pool! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Orbit Resort, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed and cared for. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the beautiful views from the balcony — waking up to such serene surroundings was a highlight. Wonderful hotel in a peaceful and relax atmosphere. Great place to relax and enjoy in a resort like environment on a hill top with full service. Must stay places in Pokhara to enjoy the Himalaya and the nature. Great service from the hotel staff. I found all the services from vehicle to trekking and eateries at the hotel front desk.

    Sharing the subsistence farmer's lifestyle. Buffalo, goats, chicken, dog, cats. Many garden & tree crops. 3 room Bldg: Hom, his wife&son sleep in 1 room, you sleep in the 2d, with kitchen 3d. There is electricity & internet! Outbldg for primitive toilet &shower. Wood stove cooking shed. I LOVED it but it's not for the faint hearted. The hike up is VERY strenuous. If you want to experience real Nepali subsistence farming, this is the place!

    Perfect location: set away from the main hustle and bustle of Pokhara but only 200m from taxi stand and Fewa Lake. Good sized rooms and restaurant on site was very good (small menu but all diets catered for). Breakfast very good (taste and cost, typically 300 Rs). Laundry service very efficient and good value (100 Rs pet kg). Helpful and cheerful staff. Great base for us: stayed 2 nights before our Mardi Himal trek and 2 nights afterwards. Great to come back to hot shower, good food and a warm welcome.
