The staff was very polite and helpful. They give us a lot of advises about Nepal and helped us contact one bus company for a trip to another city. The breakfast was just perfect, I had hunger after 6 hours after I have taken it :) I liked the view from the rooftop. The hotel is right in the center and the sightseeings. Wifi connection was strong, and even I had a video call with 10 people while there, without any interruptions. I liked also the atmosphere in the city and around the hotel.

Everything. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Not pushy at all. So nice. And my room THE BEST. I was in a bird’s nest in the BIRD’s NEST. Grounds so pretty and quiet also. Always hot water, everything clean, everyone genuinely smiling. Such a pleasant stay in the city i know and visit very very frequently but always stay away from the center. It is a one of its kind hotel. Probably unlike any I have ever stayed in. The ambience of the place just lifts your spirits. It keeps you wondering how did someone come up with this place. And to top it off, the staff is so friendly and helpful, service is exceptional, food is good. They arranged for our daily outings and provided us any detail we asked for. Our stay here really completed our Kathmandu vacation. We are a family of 4 and stayed in their family room with two double beds. The room is called 'Manaslu'.
