Really close to Valkenburg Centre, nice easy flat walk to the numerous bars and shops. Hotel was very clean, warm and tidy. Reception was welcoming and dealt with us quickly and efficiently. Bar area and Dining Room were set up nicely, plenty of choices at breakfast. There’s a lift which is great when hauling luggage. My bedroom (no. 4) was basic, clean, warm, and had everything I needed (spare blanket included). Tea & coffee was provided (free of charge) via a drinks station in the dining area, so you can help yourself anytime. There’s also a snack area with chocolate, crisps, water, beer etc in case you get the munchies. On the Saturday night the hotel was full but there was no noise! On the Sunday the bar area was nicely full as we watched England cruise to a 3-0 victory in the World Cup. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous warm welcome from staff who were friendly, helpful and for whom nothing was too much trouble. Such lovely people! Really comfy bed and airy, good sized room with Juliet balcony. The bar was brilliant and relaxed with a great selection of beers and local snacks served beneath a glorious panoply of foliage and crystal chandeliers. It’s essentially a lovely conservatory so you can people and parade watch in comfort. You’re within a few paces of shops, markets and tons of bars and restaurants. Parking is sensibly priced and easily accessible. We loved it and hope to return.

The place is absolutely wonderful. All the Staff is extremely well trained and very polite. The Breakfast was very good with several options á la Carte and at the Buffet. They give us all the time to have the breakfast with time even after the Breakfast open hours. I truly recommend this Relais & Chateaux.
