Our stay at this apartment was an absolute pleasure! The host is extremely kind and welcoming - he greeted us with fresh croissants, which was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything is modern, cozy, and you can really feel the host's attention to detail. The location is great, and the whole space feels inviting and relaxing. Truly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

I stayed here for a week. Location is just perfect to get to anywhere at anytime. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very considerate how they left drinking water as complementary. It’s a very cozy apartment, felt like home. AC works perfectly, all the equipment is great-you can fully live here if for longer periods.

I stayed at ELEVEN by Warren for three weeks and felt almost at home after just a few days. My room was modern and functional; the furniture was well-kept and in first-class condition. From a small balcony, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The internet signal is strong and stable. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, crockery, glasses, and cutlery, so you don't need to go to a restaurant for every little snack. Only about 200 meters away is the large shopping mall “The Point,” with a EUROSPAR supermarket. The facilities also include a small safe for valuables, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The numerous hangers for clothes were very convenient. The waterfront promenade with a bus stop is in the opposite direction, only a few hundred meters away. From here, you can reach numerous places and points of interest in Sliema and Valetta with various regular buses (each ticket 2 euros), as well as the pier for the ferry across to Valetta (2 euros). This is also the starting point for the several-hour island tours (25 euros) with the open-top double-decker buses. But the best thing about ELEVEN is the lovely staff: they are super friendly, invaluable, and always ready to fulfill your every wish. I recommend the ELEVEEN without reservation. Ten out of ten stars.

I stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it! The apartment is exactly as described—modern, spotless, and the panoramic views are breathtaking. The location in Sliema was perfect for exploring, and everything was easily accessible. Communication with the host was smooth and professional. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Malta!

    Very quiet road and location yet few minutes walk to sliema ferries, bus routes, restaurants etc. Bed was very comfortable and curtains were a total blackout so not woken early by sunlight, shower was perfect with excellent pressure and bathroom was a good size. AC in the room was wonderful. Also had a safe for your valuables. Kitchen area was a good size. Communal area offered fresh water plus microwaves for heating food and several tables to sit at all within the basement area. I thought all in all was value for money.
