The staff was exceptional. I can not recommend this accommodation enough. The hospitality of the staff was great, we did not experienced anything else like this in Marocco. The diner and breakfast were both exceptional. And the price is really cheap.

A totally fabulous Moroccan Kasbah accommodation, right in the heart of Ben Ait Haddu Kasr. Spectacular bedroom with ensuite bathroom, huge bed with numerous pillows. The roof terrace has views overlooking the Kasr and great for the substantial and wonderful Moroccan breakfast that has everything and more, or great for afternoon mint tea, while watching the sun go down. A family run hotel with a gorgeous and friendly mother, cooking local Moroccan food, it’s impossible to ask for any more, but then your also greeted and managed by the exceptionally friendly, kind and professional son Rachid too and the staff, in particular سيمون (hope I spelt correctly) are fabulous, friendly and so funny too. I loved it here and stayed over Christmas.

We are cycle touring and this was a perfect stay for us. Our tandem was stored inside securely and we were so well looked after by Ibrahim and his family. We also enjoyed meeting other cycle tourers here. We arrived nice and early as we're cycling the Tichka pass in small steps, and so Ibrahim walked us round his village explaining the Amazigh way of life. We had a fascinating afternoon learning about the culture, the effects of climate change, the coming of electricity and the history of the village. Ibrahim and his wife cooked a delicious traditional meal for us (the best we've eaten so far in our 25 days in morocco) and we were able to sit on the terrace looking out over the valley. We recommend this to anyone who wants to be part of an Amazigh village for a night while having all the comforts of an auberge.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Aït Ben Haddou, Riad Tigmi du Soleil is a guest house surrounded by views of the city.

It's a super cozy family home where the owners will treat you like a family member. Beds are comfortable, there is a terrace with a great view to the mountains where you can have a tasty breakfast and you can even order lunch or dinner to have there. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Riad. Exceptional service and delicious food. And despite being busy, it was so quiet (particularly at night) and peaceful. We are so happy we stopped here for a night.
