A little slice of paradise a few kilometres out from the town centre of Kalaat MGouna (The valley of the Roses) which is easily accessible using public transport. A tranquil oasis with stunning views of the surrounding area. Plenty of terraces to get away from the bustle of modern life and soak in the picturesque beauty. The accommodation is fantastic, Brigitte and the staff feel more like a family. The food was traditional Moroccan, each meal was exceptional. This is one place we will return to again.

One of the best hosts I have met, he has captured the true meaning of hospitality. He is friendly and would go out o his way to make sure that you have a wonderful stay. Although our stay was short we will always remember our host.

The Kasbah was so beautiful! The building was really impressive and had a lot of beautiful art. The host was the nicest we had in Morocco!! He took us for a tour around the area (Dades gorge, rose valley, the mountains) without charging us for it and even took us with him in his car halfway to Merzouga, which was our destination after our stay there, again without asking money for it. The food was also really great and plentiful. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay there and would always come back!

Perfect way to enjoy the extraordinary traditional Berberic kasbah with a touch of European efficiency and cleanness! Stuff is super friendly and helpful, and the freshly cooked food is amazing! Very nice and cosy Riad. The atmosphere is good and apart from the central courtyard, there is a common room and a terrace. The staff was very friendly and even washed our clothes for us for free.

It was a very beautiful and chique accomodation. It was bigger than we expected. There are a lot of activities to do and there are also a lot of different spots to rest and chill. Our room was very big. The food was very good remarkably better than our previous stays. The staff was very very friendy. They helped you with any question, told funny stories, created a cozy atmosphere in the evening. Abdou welcomed us, and from the first minute he was a tremendously nice and funny host. It was nice to see how good-humored everyone was walking around. This place is nice to unwind throughout your trip to Morocco. But you can also use it as a base for various activities. We hope to return soon to this fantastically beautiful place.

This family owned place is beautifully situated on top of the hill, the views are really worth driving up for. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is a beautiful terrace and indoor restaurant room. We received large towels in our large room with its own balcony with beautiful view and an extra large double bed. The hosts made us feel welcome and accommodated our gluten free diet and helped us with our other questions. It is a place that has heart, and is really a place to come rest after a long journey.

We had an amazing experience here, The hotel owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us in any way possible. His kindness and willingness to help made our stay truly enjoyable. We stayed for two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we loved the warm welcome we received upon arrival. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kalaqat m Gaouna.
