The apartment has a great location and an easy self check in. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The host surprised us by leaving tea, coffee and hot chocolate for the guests. It was absolutely great to have a cup of coffee in the morning.

The staff was great and the offer everything you need, even including laundry service, the option to print papers (free if wanting to print plane or train tickets!). Location was excellent; connect to everything with a walking distance eg. train station, supermarket, restaurants, pedestrian street, university. Receptionist was so helpful and quick check-in. This is the biggest hotel in Daugavpils, definitely stay here again. Recommend to choose the business room.
