Beautiful and quiet location with lots of nature around. The villa was spotless and had all the amenities you could need. We had booked 1 villa and the owner was generous enough and gave us a 2nd villa for the night. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to relax

The property was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette. It’s perfectly located — just a couple of minutes from the beach and close to the center. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful.

The Villas are superb. It's really clean and very new. There are two villas with one sharing pool. However, our entire stay felt like we had the pool to ourselves. Walking distance from the beach, about 12 minutes. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. They serve the best Sri Lankan food we have had in our entire stay in Sri Lanka.

The O2 apartments is the place you want to be when you come to Weligama. Everything is brand new and very clean. The rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen what is very hard to find in Sri Lanka. These apartments are build with so much love and you will feel like home. The beds are super comfortable, you can also watch Amazon Prime on the TV and the bathroom has a very nice shower. The tab water is already filtered and drinkable. The location is great. It’s very close to the beach and it’s a also placed in more a quiet area. You can reach the center of Weligama and also Mirissa very quickly. A very nice add on is the big roof top terrace. You have a wonderful ocean view from up here and we also used the terrace every morning for breakfast and Yoga. The owner is also super nice and is always available when you have any questions.

A Wonderful Stay at Sun Beach Villa I had a fantastic experience staying at Sun Beach Villa, which offers excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price. The villa is conveniently located just 300 meters from a surfing beach, making it perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike. There are plenty of restaurants around the villa, adding to its convenience. The host, Nadee, is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The spacious garden is a standout feature—it’s beautifully maintained, very attractive, and looks magical at night when illuminated with decorative lights. The villa provides strong Wi-Fi, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, and the restaurant includes additional cooking facilities. These amenities make it easy for guests to prepare their own fruit juices or meals without feeling rushed. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, neat, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. Given the excellent facilities and the relaxing atmosphere, the room rates are highly reasonable. I highly recommend Sun Beach Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay

We stayed for a couple of nights, and all I can say is, just wow! We booked the honeymoon room with the outdoor shower and bathtub, and it was absolutely beautiful. The villa itself looks amazing, super clean, and the surrounding garden is a pure oasis of peace. You can really see how much work and passion the owners put into making their guests’ stay unforgettable. For example, they recommended and arranged a round trip to see the most beautiful places in Sri Lanka and even organized a scooter rental that was ready for us upon arrival. We also wanted to try surfing, and the owners recommended Ama Surfing School—it was definitely worth it, such a great group of people! Overall, staying at Villa Wellia was a unique experience. Thanks, Sami and Santa!
