I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. Everything about Château du Comte exceeded my expectations. The property is stunning surrounded by greenery, peaceful gardens, and that majestic cedar tree that adds so much charm to the view. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were polite, always smiling, and attentive to every detail. Breakfast at the restaurant was exceptional fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine hospitality. Special thanks to Rafka at the reception for her kindness and professionalism. Truly a five-star stay!
