I was genuinely sad to leave this apartment — it was such a wonderful stay. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, and everything inside was neat, tidy, and very well-maintained. Amazing views, nice, clean cottage, you will have all place for yourself, everything what you need is there, BBQ, spices, good internet, comfortable bed, towels in the bathroom, sofa downstairs could be a second double bed, really helpful host can answer for any of your questions, If you need a rest it's the best place. Isn't easy to get there especially if you have UK car with tow bar (last 50 meters wasn't great for me) but really worth it. My kids had lots of fun observing lizards in the patio, 15 minutes driving form cottage is nice lake (Lago Di piano), 10 minutes drive to closest shop or 20 minutes to Carrefour.

The location is perfect! right between lake Como and lake Lugano with a bonus small lake 5 minutes from the location The apartment is in the castle/fortification which takes you back in time, it's simply amazing. The building is old yet inside you have all the modern amenities you might need (dish/washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc) Plenty of free parking on the property (something rare in Italy) The co-working space exceeds expectations, it's not just a random room with a table but rather multiple rooms with different purposes which are perfectly fit for both big team events and working in quiet. No hidden fees or surprises and had cleaning supplies for dish/washing machines

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

The location is fabulous - right above the lake. It has an old timey charm you feel like you’re in a Wes Anderson movies. Especially in the summer it must be wonderful, but early spring was also very pretty. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace in the common area is lovely.
