This was an incredible find on Elba. A beautiful B&B in the centre of the city. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, whilst the breakfast was outstanding. My favourite in Italy so far! Barbara and her family were so welcoming and friendly, we didn’t want to leave!

The house is a fantastic place with direct view of the harbor, located on a small hill right next to Napoleon summer villa (5 min walk). Surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden, provides a lot of privacy and close proximity to Portoferraio. The host (Christina) was available on the phone, while Germana and her husband were available on site. What wonderful couple they are! Full of energy, good humor and very helpful! They made our stay very pleasant over the xmas break and made us feel like at home. House has all amenities, including dishwasher and outside grill. All is simple, elegant and easy to use. High quality large refrigerator and dishwasher. Parking for car is right next to the house on a separate driveway. Beds were very comfortable and large. Ideal for families or group of friends. House can be heated in the off season. Truly a charm that made our trip to Elba unforgettable.

We stayed there for 10 days (!), 2 adults and 1 child (4 yrs) each day we drove to a different location on the island. We found that the beach close to the hotel was fun and lively even though it's not a sandy beach :) The hotel itself is clean and quite with beautiful gardens, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. The restaurant at the resort was perfect for light dinners (pizza is outstanding) we ate there almost every night.

Great family owned Italian hotel, we really enjoyed the stay, in my opinion its on a perfect location in the island. 20 minutes from Portoferraio, which is the big city of the island and were all the good restaurants are. and also half hour drive from Rio n'elba which is a nice village and a classic spot for an afternoon negroni. and also its 7 minutes walk from bagnaia beach which is also quite nice and have nice places to drink beer and chill on the beach. seaside room has exquisite view and a perfect balcony to have a glass of wine and unwind after a hard day of chilling on the beach (:
