the team was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very charming, our room was very beautiful (and absolutely clean, of course), we even got a free upgrade, very comfortable bed and great walking distance to the station, city centre and main sights. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The accommodation is in a city hotel, which means walking distance to the city, sights, bars, restaurants, which is great. Parking is available in the nearby parking house (cost 15 EUR/day, there are no free parkings). The room was on the first floor, elevator is available, which makes everything easier. It was spaceous, comfortable and clean. We had a room next to the elevator, but heard no additional noise due to that. We had a remote check-in as the reception works only until 7 p.m., but had no problems with the entry. We met the staff in the morning at breakfast and they are very kind (a lady did come to say hello in the evening, but we still do not know who that person was as the receptionist on the phone said noone is there after 7 p.m. :-)) Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and served in a very stylish room.

The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

The apartment is located in nature with lots of greenery. The host was waiting for us at the entrance and nicely handed over the keys and explained everything. The apartment had everything needed to cook lunch (salt, sugar, spices, coffee). For breakfast, everything was sweet and salty. Very nice apartment for one or more nights. Vacation in nature without traffic.

Very nice and helpful staff, good location in the older part of Pistoia and close to the Duomo, good breakfast, large room with large bathroom and large shower. Many restaurants in the area. La Cantinetta just in front of the hotel can be highly recommended, very good food and excellent service.

    - Lovely hostess! Stefy is very accommodating and will do anything to make the stay as good as possible! - Location is a big plus for tourists as the property is right in the centre of Pistoia near the train station (10 minute walk) and supermarket (2 minute walk). - Personally, loved the abundance of coffee options and pastries provided!

    Beautiful house with large pool, in the outskirts of Pistoia, surrounded by Olive trees. Lots of areas with shades, both for outside eating and by the pool. Perfect as base to explore the region. Family and pet-friendly, with friendly staff :-)
