The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

Our stay at Marco’s place was fantastic! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is great – peaceful, yet close to all the important spots. Marco is an incredibly kind and helpful host, always available for any questions. We truly felt at home. We had a lovely time here. The location was nice the facilities were all good but most of all the hospitality was amazing. The madam that owned the place and our host Amerey... Lovely hospitable people. I would definitely go again and stay here. The garden area is amazing.

This place is simply lovely. It's on the first floor of a villa situated in a large, shadowy garden. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very comfortable. There's nearly no traffic at all. It is so quiet and peaceful at night! (My wife would like to add that the mosquito screens on the windows greatly contributed to her personal peace at night.) The hosts are kind and helpful.

Really amazing building, surrounding, apartment. Feels like a perfect venue for a romantic movie. Staff was super friendly, breakfast site cute, very cozy. Sadly weather was already chilli so we were not able to enjoy the pool. But if possible would love to visit again in summertime.

    - Lovely hostess! Stefy is very accommodating and will do anything to make the stay as good as possible! - Location is a big plus for tourists as the property is right in the centre of Pistoia near the train station (10 minute walk) and supermarket (2 minute walk). - Personally, loved the abundance of coffee options and pastries provided!
