The staff is very nice, the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen in the rooms. The food prepared by the chef in the hotel restaurant is incredibly delicious. The hotel is located in a very picturesque place. From every corner of the hotel, as well as from the room, you can see the mountains and the view is like from the most beautiful postcard. The hotel exceeded expectations.

I recently stayed at this wonderful villa near Florence and had an amazing experience. The location is extremely convenient, as it’s just a short drive from Florence, and there are two great options for getting to the city center: by car or a quick and easy train ride. The villa itself is beautiful and very comfortable, even towards the end of the tourist season when the weather can get cooler—it stayed warm and cozy throughout our stay. The property is well-maintained and clean, with lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy. What made the experience truly exceptional was the host. He was always available, responsive, and eager to help with any questions we had. His attentiveness and support really made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near Florence with excellent hospitality.

I couldn't have wished for a better place to end my vacation in Tuscany. Francesco and his family's hospitality was exceptional, and the accommodation itself was simply wonderful. I received tips for restaurants and cafés in Pontassieve, as well as recommendations to take the train to Florence instead of driving my rental car, and I was even allowed to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden. Thank you again for everything.

    It was a very comfortable accommodation in an original, non-touristy environment. The free water vending machine in front of the house is a real bonus. The village is friendly. The staff was very nice, although they didn't speak English, we could communicate everything. We loved the place. There was a festival going on during our stay. The stage was set up in front of the house so we could listen and watch the concert from the balcony. It was a great memory too.

    Very nice location and spectacular view on Tuscany famous countryside. You can literally listen to the wonderful quietness of nature. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The house is clean and equipped with the essentials and has a big library for those interested.

    It is hard to find the right words to describe our perfect stay here; the location was perfect, the facilities were spotless and well-organized, and the staff was absolutely amazing. The chef prepared so good menus that we struggled to choose what to taste next. Customer service was really on another level. At departure, we also bought 2 bottles of their amazing Peter in Florence Gin. We will return for sure.
