This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Such functionality, even though it is a small place. Everything worked perfectly. It is close to the metro, and just around the corner is a small supermarket. But the host also left plenty of drinks in the fridge. I am so happy I booked this flat, and am definitely coming back!

Our stay at the Capitolo Riviera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the train station, making it a breeze to explore the stunning Riviera. The hotel itself is a modern gem, with sleek, beautifully designed architecture and impeccable landscaping that create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem.

Alma, the host, was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with. She helped us find the location, which made our arrival stress-free, and we were even lucky enough to find parking nearby. The apartment was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt cozy and well thought out. But what really stayed with me—almost more than anything else—was the focaccia. It was absolutely delicious, and such a warm, local touch to be welcomed with it in the room. There were also little trays of chocolate placed around the apartment, which felt like sweet little surprises wherever you looked. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials—tea, coffee, oil, salt, and more—and we loved starting our day with breakfast out on the balcony.

This is by far the best hotel in Genova! A beautifully restored Palazzo with great attention to detail…..Everything is done with impeccable taste and quality. The staff are attentive, personable and make your stay extremely comfortable! The two reception staff are especially fantastic!!!     The hotel is very well located near the highway and the port. There is a supermarket next to it. Free parking. Very helpful staff: I had forgotten a shirt, called and came back 2 days later: they saved it for me. Room are very clean and spacious.     The staff was very professional and very friendly. Thanks again to Giovanni to change the dates of arrival without any problem. Very pet friendly ( but our dog is very nice and quite too 😉😍) The rooms are very beautiful. Nothing used, all well maintained and nicely decorated. Nice breakfast. Great location within walkig distance. If you go to Geneva stay there !
