Absolutely great guest house. Super clean which is very rare when you book such kind of accommodation, beds, pillows - very comfortable (I would say the first time I was able to sleep comfortably out of my bed), Roberto was nice and helpful, very quite place, good connection to Venice and the airport. We were provided with extra bed for our 7 y old kid for free even we didn’t ask for that. I will be back if I am in Venice. Price is reasonable to location and what is offered.

This was a pleasant surprise. The location was amazing. Very close to St Mark's Basilica and a lot of great restaurants We were able to visit all main attractions by walking and no need for the water bus. The facilities are new and modern, considering most of the hotels in Venice are very old. Also, they were able to install and elevator, which was a plus for my mother(70 years old).

I’ve been to many 5 star hotels around the world, but I have never seen such amazing staff! Thank you so much Ivan, Marco, Cristina, Ana and all other beautiful people whose name I don’t know. We loved the location of the hotel, very nice breakfast and the beautiful interior design of the place. I would definitely recommend it. We are already dreaming of going back.

    The hotel is very comfortable. It is located near a bus stop that will take you straight into Venice. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so kind! Even though it's shared bathroom, our room had a sink inside which we found very useful.
