We arrived for the night at the charming farm. We arrived with 3 children under the age of 10. They welcomed us warmly and we were given the last cabin with the gorgeous view. The house is compact and clean. The balcony is a bit hot in the middle of the day but a large parasol is there for shade. In the morning and evening it is pleasant to sit on the balcony with the sun behind. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a wonderful experience. In the afternoon we entered it with cool water and in the evening we filled it with hot water and enjoyed a pleasant experience in nature.

We LOVED this accommodation! Our favorite by far during our travels so far. It was bright, impeccably clean, had lovely views and had the most perfect outdoor area to relax and unwind in the sun. Our host did not speak very much English but was lovely and very thorough with our check-in with the help of Google translate. Easy to find, using McDonald's as a reference point. And a pleasant 15 minute walk to old town. There isn't a kitchenette for preparing and cooking foods, but we had a fridge, kettle and cutlery which served us very well for our stay.

Fabio is an excellent host. The room was a wonderfully themed chocolate arrangement. The old city of Arezzo is beautiful. Secure Parking for a small fee. Local knowledge & map imparted. Thank you for the bottle of wine and access to the rooftop terrace. A pleasant stay with a gracious host.

Everything... it was spotless, gorgeous quirky touches, great location, close to everything. comfy beds gorgeous linens, everything was good quality it was exceptional as was Maria she was an absolutely fantastic host, even drove us to the station above and beyond. I really liked staying at this place, even though it was only for the evening. Owner is a great guy, very hospitable and met me with my vehicle which I could park within a short distance. I loved the style of the place, nice seating area indoors. Balcony to sit on too. Clean bathroom and everything was clean and felt well thought out. Good facilities. Coffee maker and there even some breakfast items and snacks left out. Felt like I was staying at the property of someone I knew which was a nice feeling when solo travelling, as the owner was friendly and easily contactable.

The place is lovely! If you are by car in Arezzo, this is definitely the place to stay. Very easy to get to historical Arezzo (10min). There are no words to describe Massimo as a host. He is helpful without being intrusive. He gave us excellent suggestions of towns in the area and places to eat (Osteria da Giovanna is a gem!). The bedroom was huge with a great view. We stayed at the Glicine Room. The bathroom was big, everything looked new - there is even a window in the bathroom. There are also a kitchen with a coffee machine and a cozy large living room that may be shared with other guests. Breakfast is really good with a variety of pastries, juices and cold cuts. Massimo's wife makes a different (and delicious!) pie every day. We stayed for 6 nights and we could not be more satisfied. Thank you, Massimo!

Kind and attentive hospitality of the owner who took extra steps to make the accommodation a wonderful experience and a classic room with lots of sunlight and charm. Breakfast voucher at one of the nicest cafes in Arezzo, which was an added plus. Would definitely stay again on my next visit.

    We needed a place to stay over night travelling North. The hotel is dog friendly, in an excellent location close to motorway exit and surprisingly very quiet. The staff in the adjoining restaurant was very friendly and the food very tasty.

    The apartment was excellent, clean, comfortable, very spot on! The owners extremely friendly and kind, gave us suggestions about places to go and eat like locals. Pet friendly and also features a park right by the apartment both for kids and dogs! Lastly extremely close to the city center. Will definitely go back there next time!
