A wonderful property that took care of us in every way -- knowledgeable about the lion park, excellent staff in every department, and especially extraordinary leadership. The General Manager, Mr Chandran, took a great personal interest in our comfort and our arrangements, even arranging the recharge of our mobile phone plans, and solving a problem with the car we booked to pick us up in New Delhi. It was a great place to stay for an exploration of the great sites of Gir.

The location of the property is really secluded which makes it really serene to enjoy your vacation in nature.We really loved everything about the property from the hotel management staff to the kitchen staff, everyone was really courteous and kind. From start to finish Danak Farm & Resort offered us a fantastic 2-night stay. The site is exceptionally well maintained, being clean, orderly and with lovely green spaces, shrubs and colourfull plants alongside pathways that meander around the site to the pool. THE CHALETS: Our chalet, which was located close to the under- cover and open-sided garden Restaurant, was all we could have wished for. It was spacious and clean, with fresh bedding and ample blankets for anyone visiting during the India Winter, and air-conditioning (upgrade) which we are sure would have been invaluable during the Summer months. There was plenty of hot water, and fresh towels and bedding daily, if required. Our chalet featured an open covered veranda at the front, and a private seating area to the rear with a small clothes line for a few items of essential holiday washing!
