Uni and his family are really welcoming and caring. They made us feel part of the island community. The food is really tasty and diversed. The boating trips (both sunset and sunrise) are really nice experiences. Thank you Uni for your curiosity and discussions. We really had an amazing time in Munroe Island! Adil and Goodwin were hosting and they are very friendly and jovial. We have a shared kitchen to cook food, and rental bicycles to roam around the beautiful Munroe island. And also its lakefront view and they have kayaking as well. I've been in the HostelExp Varkala and liked the vibe there and came here and it's worth it. Thank you Adil & Goodwin for the amazing experience

Our hosts made our stay on Munroe Island so relaxing. They booked a beautiful sunrise boat trip and provided bicycles to cycle around the island. Spacious bedroom with outdoor seating area. Very tasty food for breakfast and dinner. Lovely conversations with the hosts. Highly recommend for a homestay in Munroe Island

Maybe my favourite hostel after 4 months in India - I booked for 2 nights and ended up staying over a week. You can get out of bed and jump straight into the backwaters. The sunrise boat tour through the mangroves is a must (& really good value). Loved the Keralan breakfast in the morning, and appreciated being able to use the kitchen to cook my own food after travelling for ages! Attracts a great backpacker crowd and is super social in a chill way. Rooms are simple but clean and the outdoor common areas are perfect - hammocks galore. Thanks for a great stay 🌊🌴🌞
